Important: Once an order is placed and payment is completed, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted except as described below for damaged or defective products.

1. No Refund After Order

All sales are final after payment. We do not provide refunds or order cancellations once an order is placed.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Blue Chanted Pendant arrives damaged or defective, please email senttysilentt@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

After verification, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds in any circumstance.

3. Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

4. How to Return (Damaged Items Only)

If a return is authorized for a damaged item, we will provide instructions and cover the replacement shipping at our discretion. Do not send any returns without prior authorization.
